Tailored Quality Control Plan
The manufacturing process involves dozens or even hundreds of inspections. Creating a clear plan in advance helps us define specific requirements and checkpoints. Early on, with input from our valued customers and their needs, we determine every detail based on the project and products, and design an acceptable quality inspection criterion. This process includes, but is not limited to:
• Production Procedures
• Checking Points
• Applications for Standardizations
• Lab Testing and ReportsOnce the required processes and procedures are determined based on relevant standards like ISO, EN, ASTM, or others, we proceed to the next stage.
Standards include ASTM, DIN, EN, BS, AMS, ASME, QQS, MIL, JIS, NACE, and others (e.g., ASTM A193 / A276 / A320 / A479 / A582 & EN 10088-3). Test certifications include EN 10204 3.1B / DIN 50049 3.1B. -
Non-Destructive Test
A key aspect of QC at Sinortek is mutual consent with our clients. Once we have client approval, we follow our tailored quality control methods to achieve extraordinary results.
We have three different quality inspection teams:
1. A Quality Control Team from the manufacturing unit that performs primary inspections based on product requirements.
2. A third-party NDT certified QC team, such as Bureau Veritas, TUV, or DNV, that conducts various checks and inspections as part of our official on-site QC.
3. Sinortek’s Project Production Team’s QC ensures everything is done according to the client’s approval.
We strongly encourage and welcome our clients' QC teams to visit and inspect on-site.

Traceable Quality System
The Traceable Quality System (TQS) is a strategic and competitive requirement in manufacturing. It is the most efficient way to track and trace goods from raw materials to the delivery of finished products. We document every process, stage, and change, while following up with QC work. Each product is marked with an identification number that allows us to track the conditions of any production batch. We comply with industry track and trace regulations as strictly as possible to optimize our production process.

Laboratory Tests and Reports
Laboratory testing is a key process based on inspection reports and scientific analysis of each product. It provides analytical data on product quality and production processes to support our quality control system. Additionally, laboratory testing helps with research and development of better products and ensures compliance with regulations for both import and export to different countries. We prepare complete documentation, including daily QC reports and weekly reports, as per the Built Documentation system.
